Want to decorate your town with custom built lots? want a certain breed of horse, but the EA meshes arent to standard? want a new horse, but cant be bothered to create one? we have the answer! We lovingly create lots and horses for your enjoyment. Below is the list of lots/horse breeds/adoptions we currently have for download:
please note -
The only building we are doing at the moment are community lots. However, horses can still live on these equestrian lots. Perfect if your sim is an apartment dweller, or you are in a small house.
Breed remake files need to be placed in my documents/electronic arts/the sims3/saved sims
To find them, open create a sim, and choose the horse option. Then click the premade sim icon, and find the breed in there! edit the colours, names, and traits to your hearts content! but please DO NOT CLAIM AS YOUR OWN REMAKE.
